Hey, guys. I have this problem earlier this morning and I couldn't figure it out. It blocks me from popular sites like Facebook, YouTube, and Google. Could you help me. Because I couldn't search answers on Google because I'm blocked.

Is there any simple and effective method to delete this virus or is it... I don't know what is it.

it's a ransomware , i think you should check %APPDATA% and clean your registry and scan for rootkits

Check %appdata% also use ccleaner to clean the registry.You should install malwarebytes, Also you are going to have to make sure that you have.If the malware is more advanced you should check to see if it has modifed your DNS servers.i've seen the page now can you run This and paste the logs so i can see if i can find the program that is doing this.Its a program we use on a whitehat hacking site.
Note for next time:
- When using an unknown program use sandboxie.
- Use Malwarebytes

Also Go into C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and check your hosts file
