Yes, I also need this thing. I also want to create a special forum for vips and when a person donates a specific amount, he becomes vip. How is this possible?

If you accept donations via paypal then do a search on google for Paypal IPN tutorials because this is what you need. You can find code examples on their website here: https://cms.paypal.com/cgi-bin/marketin ... de_samples

The paypal ipn is used to verify a payment/donation so when someone makes a payment paypal sends information to the IPN script on your website and then you just add your own code into the IPN script to do whatever you want ie: Make VIP, Send picture or whatever.
