Greetings users that read this post.
On 15-05-2014 I Make a social network using elgg engine. The problem is people that want to sign up doesn't get the verification email. So can anyone could fix this problem?

I can't actually sign up, when I try to sign up it says

"An unrecoverable error has occurred and has been logged. Contact the site administrator with the following information:

Exception #1400259298."

Actually if you're using any kind of platforms do check their forums or search for the error with it's name.
