no idea how to call it,
but just wanted to know

i have

street, city, state,zip, country

how should i display it?

street
city , state , zip
country

or

street
city , zip
state
country

It actually depends on the country... Every country has its own conventions for mail addressing...

I had found a website at one point that had examples for many countries. If I find it again I'll post it here

This site gives you an alphabetical list of countries, their mailing formats and some abbreviations.

Also, you might want to use "Zip / Postal code" instead of just "Zip code", since ZIPs are only in the USA cooll;
