I have started on the TextBalloon

I will be drawing it first. Is this okay for the actual balloon?

I am not that good at drawing. I did this in Illustrator

Sorry i just read the post again, I forgot you want to be able to change the colour. I am not sure how I will get a custom shape in Vb where you can change the colour. It's just too much. You will need to use the 2d tool and learn how to draw. Unless you want the the tail piece taken off and just have a rectangle balloon tip, then we can use a gradient to stylize the balloon.

No it was made in illustrator sorry image is very small it is going to take a lot more work because if you resize that it will loose it's quality
