Welcome to challenge #29: Picture This!
Your challenge for today is to create an imaging editing application. The user opens an image, performs whatever editing your app has to offer, and then saves the image on his computer. You can use any programming language you want, and it can be a desktop or Web application.
-Create an image editing program
-The user must be able to load and save an image on his computer
-The program must allow some form of image editing (don't just post an app that loads and saves an image lol)
