I have just done that.
Exported my forum database, and support system database.
Deleting an un-needed MyBB Forum, to see if that lifts the Error.
If not, then I will be transferring my /forum and /support directories to my PC

Edit: Deleted the MyBB directory, and it didn't lift the error

it is up to your host IT guys and there supervisors to decide on what needs to be done.

Well, that's why I'm exporting my files and databases, to my PC, in case it gets deleted.
But, this is the first time I've received the error.
Some hosts, give you another chance after this error, to be sure it doesn't happen again.
And if it happens a 2nd time, then it usually gets suspended or deleted. :S

#Knight Rider : you should just switch to 000webhost.com best free hosting ever and its better than .tk i believe you even get 500 extra mb for disk space so instead of 1000 its 1500 + i have not had 1 error using phpbb mybb or any other forum software.

I've tried them in the past.
My site got deleted from there, for inactivity or something similar. :P :S
I'm only using a .tk domain because it looks "neater" then http://yourdomain.com.yourhost.com
I've contacted my host via email, and opened a help ticket in their cPanel as well.
Just awaiting a reply on the course of action. :S

Best,

KR

It seems they are in a beta so they may not have the servers properly configured or something =D

The CEO said BETA was supposed to end at X-Mas last year, I think. :S
Either way, I have my files and databases exported and backed up on my PC, should the worst happen
Error is still present, and it started about 3.5 hrs ago now.
A search on google when I searched for it, said it should disappear in about 12 hrs.
But again, one result said 12 hours, it will be gone, and another said it will have to be fixed by the host. :S

Just awaiting a reply from my hosts now.
Would hate to see my forum go down. :(

Best,

KR

Hey guys,

Just an update.
I haven't received an email from my hosts yet, but the error subsided and disappeared.
My forums are back! :D :)

But, thank you to everyone who provided support on this error. :)
It is greatly appreciated

Best,

KR

Also check your phpbb, MyBB settings because I know phpbb has server load settings that could possibly help prevent this error.

I've deleted the MyBB directory
I did a poll today, and all my members voted to keep phpBB
So MyBB is now off my server.
All files and databases are backed up on my PC though, in case the worst should happen.
