Greetings Codenstuff community!
I've run into a bit of an dilemna recently, and was wondering how I would make, for example a menustrip or label transparent when it would be placed over a shockwave player, or media player, if possible.

Example:
Label1 being transparent to axshockwaveflash1
or
Label1 bring transparent to a video player control

A starting point or any kind of help would work wonders for me!

I'm currently working on a "full" version of Smiley's OneStage media player, and would like some sort of label or control being transparent over the movie, to tell the user what volume percentage the player is at.
