Couple of things.
1. You are unable to view any threads on the HackForums website without logging in.
2. I'm not sure if the GhostTheme Thomas posted here is the 2.0 that I linked to or a different version.

when i try to install this theme i get alot errors and i use visual basic 2008 . Can anyone help me ?

In your application make a new class by right clicking your project file in the solution explorer and clicking add then class. Delete all the code you find there and copy and paste all the code in the VB file provided then debug the program and go back to your form. In the toolbox you should see the theme. Just drag it in an it should be fine.
If this is what you did then I have no idea what else it could be.

Do you mind posting pictures over where the code is selected? Maybe then we could solve the problem.
Alternatively you can copy and paste your entire code here and the tell us which line numbers you're having problems with.
I can fix your caution error just replace the public with Overrides.
