It's actually quite simple, it shows you how to spawn near a village when creating a minecraft world.
All you have to do, is, before you create the world, click "Advanced world options", and in the seed input field, enter "gimmeabreak" (without quotation marks). When the world is created, you should the spawn next to a village.

There are many seeds where you spawn next to or in a village. I created a random world and spawned ca 50 bloks away from one.
