right ok what iv done is looked into adding an entire remote support tool suite 
1. Remote Desktop
2. Remote Control
3. Remote File Transfer
so if i can get it to work... it will basically have something like teamviewer built into it
anyone else got anything they would like to add?

What about a web link like the MSN/Yahoo ones where you just click the link and it adds the user to your buddy list? that would be good

Well as for contact links I can look into sure
And coderboy no instead of a user number it will use your emailaddress as the access name and then it will generate a password or u can set one your self
