Paid - easy/medium task in Visual Basic

Hello everyone,

I'm really stuck in a project my school issued me, the story in short is I was required to do a yearly project which i never did cause of reasons, now (instead of full 140 days time) i have only 15 days to finish it.

Anyways, the project is hard for me, and its something we didnt learn, they required me to do it because its the easiest possible thing (so i can get marks and pass)

Here it is:

In VB.NET, I need to design an app with few forms.

It will be a "Company Careers" app, which will allow the following:

1) HR Manager can add Employees (remove / edit should work too).
2) Employees can post jobs
3) Candidates can apply for these jobs.

I can explain it further later, but this is just a draft.

It will be not a really big project, design/stability and securing isn't required, all they want me to do is to attach database to this
and it should work.

I'm planning to get this done by a professional coder from here, and I will also pay him a decent amount for his work, you can expect some $50-$100
