How would you only get VS for 2 years? Is it some sort of subscription service like Office 365?

Just to expand on the ambiguity, if you are saying that you will give the keys from your Microsoft DreamSpark membership, it's Illegal. Secondly, there is no subscription based licensing for Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 - Ultimate. Anyways, nice opportunity for other members to try their hand-on-coding. :) Best of luck!

I've re-read EULA and yes, it is illegal. So I change prizes to games only
