I thought of an idea for the featured topic.

Maybe for payment, we would have to pay 10 credits (example), and then one extra credit for every person who clicks the link.

So if i wanted to feature a topic, I would Pay the 10 credits, then select the amount of time i want the topic to be featured. Every time someone clicks on the link to the topic, you pay a credit. If you run out of credits, the topic will no longer be featured.

for example , you pay 20 credits: 10 credits go to cns, the other 10 last until the 10 clicks are used

What if the same person decides to be "funny" and click the link 10 times then noone else would see it?

It should be based on Unique clicks once a person clicks the first time it goes down 1 but if they click it again it doesn't.

I was thinking of each Unique too, and only CNS users should count twoards the 10 clicks (because credit profit, reputation, etc. cannot be earned from non-members)

Or maybe to pay 20 ccs to topic be deatured for 20 clicks you add limit.

Making other topics isn't a better solution
Bumping is like "Nice, good one , blabla" on a topic thats over a month old
