Strange Problem
Skillful
Hello.

I seem to be having a strange little problem in developing Metro Apps for Windows 8 in VS 2012 RC.

I'm using Visual Basic to develop the apps.

Whenever I drag a button on the XAML editor, name it and double click it to raise the click event, I am unable to put anything under the click event.

In the part of the click event where it says 'Handles b1.Click' it gives an error saying 'Handles Clause requires Withevents' or something like that I can't exactly remember.

I am unable to raise any kind of event for any kind of control.

I created a new project, still the same problem.

Please help me guys. #CodenStuff #comathi.

Regards,
Skillful

What type of template are you using, did you start a project with a blank template or..what? lol

You added a button and double clicked it and you were taken to code view with a button click event created for you but you couldnt type anything is that rite? strange.
