Move2SD for android 2.1

Hi,
is it possible to save android applications on my sd card using android 2.1 (and not 2.2)?

I have an android but im not too sure about this. Do you mean save them off your android onto SD?
The only way I know of (on mine anyway) is to hook it up to my PC via USB and transfer the app files that way. :?

Ok if you are asking can you backup the apk files then yes use any backup tool like mybackup. now if you are asking can you install them to sd then in 2.1 it gets kinda tricky there is a hack you can do it involes adp and a script along with apps2sd form the market (as android 2.1 does not support this) xdadevlopers.com has the info for this but i recomend looking for a 2.2 rom there for your phone if you need help pm me your phone modle and country you are in and i can find a rom and instructions on how to root and install a custom rom
