Is it possible to rename a app?

I thought this was the right section to post this question. So does anybody know how I can rename a IOS app without jailbreaking? I found nothing on google. So I came to ask here. I know it is possible to change a app icon, though. So please tell me how

Maybe post in the Help & Support section ? I didn't even know you could change icons! How you do that?

Jailbreak is your only option look in cydia.

It would have to be in the app coding itself for the name. I mean if you open the source and rebuild it, then using itunes to put it on the iPhone/iPod, but depends.
