Great news :D I found an iPhone on the ground some years back, but the next day there was a note on the entrance door to my school, so I figured out who owned it and got a nice price for finding it (66$$) :P

You can't compile Java files to a windows executable. Java programs have the .jar extension.

If you want to make software for a GPS (for example), I recommend learning a programming language named assembly. You actually write each single CPU instruction explicitly.
