[VB.Net] Banner Creator

Hello guys,
I took the time to define each and every code in my app Banner Creator which I completed not two hours ago. I don't think anyone would need a tutorial anymore after looking at the source. :P
If you learn even a single thing from this source, then my job here will be done. The source explains how to move the controls around the form, how to use dialogs, how to merge two images into one, how to draw text onto an image and more things I don't remember now.
